We allow our customers to freeze their subscription.
Freezing the subscription is possible without a time limit and as often as desired.
As long as the subscription is frozen, no subscription time will expire.

The following conditions must be met for a subscription to be frozen:

1. Subscription is not frozen globally (due to updates or similar).
2. Subscription must have at least 72 hours remaining. A 3-day subscription alone cannot be frozen. However, two 3-day subscriptions purchased immediately one after the other (effectively 6 days of subscription time) can be frozen.
3. The last freeze was at least 7 days ago.
